Known as one of tech's most dynamic leaders, Hock Tan has been Broadcom’s President and Chief Executive Officer since 2006. He has played a key role in CloudCamp and other events, communicating how cloud technology fits into the broader IT landscape.

Joe previously spent 10 years at Quest Software where he was CTO of EMEA, shaping its direction and strategy.

Krish Prasad is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Broadcom’s VMware Cloud Foundation Division where he oversees the company’s multi-cloud Infrastructure software portfolio that spans Private Clouds and Clouds from Service Provider partners and Hyperscalers.

Before joining Broadcom, Mr. Prasad served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the VMware Cloud Infrastructure Business Group (CIBG) and previously led the VMware vSphere business. He drove the strategy, roadmap and delivery of the SDDC cloud platform that powers VMware Cloud and led a wide range of functions including Product Management, Engineering, Cloud Operations, SRE and Product Marketing. 

Mr. Prasad has more than 30 years of experience in the enterprise software business across both R&amp;D and general management. Prior to VMware, he held senior and executive management positions with HPE and BMC Software.

Purnima Padmanabhan is Vice President and General Manager of Broadcom’s Tanzu Division. She previously led the company’s Cloud Management Business.

Ms. Padmanabhan has extensive experience building and launching innovative products in cloud infrastructure, security and enterprise mobility. Prior to joining VMware, she was CEO of Cavirin, a cloud security company, where she drove a turnaround. She was previously COO of MokaFive, a desktop virtualization company, and was responsible for global product operations.

Ms. Padmanabhan holds an MBA from Stanford University and an M.S. in Computer Engineering from University of Southern California.

With over 25 years of experience in the tech industry, Sumit is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of building and running market-leading businesses. He is a strong advocate for delivering an exceptional experience to customers and partners, and for supporting diverse teams, inclusive cultures and equitable environments that encourage the best in everyone.

Sumit previously served as VMware’s Chief Customer Experience Officer, managing global teams responsible for professional services, technical support and customer success. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer of Instart, a startup delivering innovations in web application performance and security services.

Before leading Instart, Sumit served as the general manager of VMware’s End-User Computing business, establishing the company’s leadership in mobile and unified endpoint management and desktop virtualization. He has also held a number of executive roles at Citrix spanning the engineering, product development, marketing, and general management functions.

Sumit holds an MBA from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, and a BS in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).
