As Director of Product Management & Strategy in the Mainframe Division at Broadcom, Deborah Carbo is responsible for the transformation and modernization of information technology solutions that enable business success. Her team focuses on the most critical market challenges to develop strategy, delivering high quality design of mission-critical mainframe solutions. These include database management, output & content management, and storage resource management. Over the course of her 25 years’ experience leading mainframe engineering and technology delivery, Deborah has held leadership positions in both software and hardware research and development and successfully led business transformation engagements for large complex enterprises within financial services, healthcare, retail and government sectors.
