Krish Prasad is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Broadcom’s VMware Cloud Foundation Division where he oversees the company’s multi-cloud Infrastructure software portfolio that spans Private Clouds and Clouds from Service Provider partners and Hyperscalers.

Before joining Broadcom, Mr. Prasad served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the VMware Cloud Infrastructure Business Group (CIBG) and previously led the VMware vSphere business. He drove the strategy, roadmap and delivery of the SDDC cloud platform that powers VMware Cloud and led a wide range of functions including Product Management, Engineering, Cloud Operations, SRE and Product Marketing.

Mr. Prasad has more than 30 years of experience in the enterprise software business across both R&amp;D and general management. Prior to VMware, he held senior and executive management positions with HPE and BMC Software.

Rasmus Holtet Rüsz is leading Broadcom’s VCF Solution Architects Organization across Asia-Pacific &amp; Japan and is responsible for aligning the wider Solution Architect community and leading global engagement for APJ, building out Broadcom's strategy for technical solutions selling. Bringing greater consistency and optimizing our efforts across our strategic customer’s delivering outcome &amp; drive innovation. Rasmus' experience in technical leadership roles and collaboration, having lived and worked across EMEA and Asia place him well to support the Business Model Transformation to Consumption.

Sylvain Cazard is the President for Asia Pacific and Japan, Broadcom. In this role, Cazard oversees the Broadcom software portfolio of business-critical enterprise software that modernizes, optimizes, and protects the world’s most complex hybrid IT environments. A 15-year VMware veteran and joining Broadcom through the acquisition of VMware, Cazard has held various senior leadership roles in both Asia Pacific and Japan as well as Europe, the Middle East and Africa. With more than 25 years’ hi-tech experience, Cazard started his career with SAP Business Objects in Europe, progressing through various management and sales positions in France and Iberia. Cazard graduated from the École Centrale with a degree in engineering, mechanics and computer science. He also holds an executive MBA in general management from Stanford University.
