Brad Tompkins

Known as one of tech's most dynamic leaders, Hock Tan has been Broadcom’s President and Chief Executive Officer since 2006. Under his leadership, Broadcom has grown into a global infrastructure technology leader that designs, develops and supplies semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions to customers around the world. He cares deeply about STEM education and has made substantial donations to autism and disabilities-related research centers at Cornell University as well as both of his alma maters – MIT and Harvard University. Through the Broadcom blog, he enjoys sharing his experiences meeting with customers and partners, as well as his insights on how technology and innovation continue to connect and transform the world.

Hock Tan

Joe Baguley is the Chief Technology Officer, Field Sales, EMEA for Broadcom.  He helps develop and communicate strategy and vision with customers and partners, using his wealth of experience to help organizations reduce costs and better support users and business needs.

Joe is a recognized leader within the European technical community and is considered one of the world’s most influential IT global leaders, currently positioned 26th on Tenfold’s global list of the top 79 Chief Technology Officers. He speaks regularly at industry events, including The Economist’s Innovation Summit, to the broadcast media, including BBC World News and BBC Talking Business, and appeared in the Computer Weekly UKtech50 and the Information Age Top 50 Data Leaders.

He has played a key role in CloudCamp and other events, communicating how cloud technology fits into the broader IT landscape.

Joe previously spent 10 years at Quest Software where he was CTO of EMEA, shaping its direction and strategy.

Joe is based in the U.K. with a remit across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Joe Baguley

Krish Prasad is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Broadcom’s VMware Cloud Foundation Division where he oversees the company’s multi-cloud Infrastructure software portfolio that spans Private Clouds and Clouds from Service Provider partners and Hyperscalers.

Before joining Broadcom, Mr. Prasad served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the VMware Cloud Infrastructure Business Group (CIBG) and previously led the VMware vSphere business. He drove the strategy, roadmap and delivery of the SDDC cloud platform that powers VMware Cloud and led a wide range of functions including Product Management, Engineering, Cloud Operations, SRE and Product Marketing. 

Mr. Prasad has more than 30 years of experience in the enterprise software business across both R&amp;D and general management. Prior to VMware, he held senior and executive management positions with HPE and BMC Software.  

Krish Prasad

Purnima Padmanabhan is Vice President and General Manager of Broadcom’s Tanzu Division. Prior to joining Broadcom, she was Senior Vice President and General Manager of VMware’s Modern Applications &amp; Management Business and was responsible for application modernization, cloud native application development and multi-cloud management. She previously led the company’s Cloud Management Business.

Ms. Padmanabhan has extensive experience building and launching innovative products in cloud infrastructure, security and enterprise mobility. Prior to joining VMware, she was CEO of Cavirin, a cloud security company, where she drove a turnaround. She was previously COO of MokaFive, a desktop virtualization company, and was responsible for global product operations.

Ms. Padmanabhan holds an MBA from Stanford University and an M.S. in Computer Engineering from University of Southern California.
