Dr. Howard Rubin

"Dr. Rubin is internationally recognized for his work as an author, researcher, speaker, and consultant in the areas of IT measurement, techno-business strategy, global software economics, the workforce of the future, the business value of technology, performance measurement and benchmarking, and ""Sustainable IT.""
Dr. Rubin is a Professor Emeritus of Computer Science at Hunter College of the City University of New York, an MIT CISR Research Affiliate, a Gartner Senior Advisor, a former board member and Executive Vice President of META Group, Inc., and a former Nolan Norton Research Fellow focusing on the development of the Balanced Business Scorecard. In addition, Dr. Rubin has served as a member of the Global Information Economy Working Group of the U.S. State Department’s Advisory Committee on International Economic Policy. He has also worked directly with heads of state around the world to develop national competitive technology strategies for Canada, India, the Philippines, South Africa, and the United States."
