At Broadcom, we believe that when it comes to application development, getting great ideas to code and code to production quickly and securely is the biggest strategic differentiator. It's what separates the leaders from the rest of the pack.
Ahead of our annual VMware Explore conference, which starts next week in Las Vegas, I sat down with Tanzu GM, Purnima Padmanabhan, to get her thoughts on the future of AI in the enterprise and how business leaders are navigating the challenges and opportunities of AI application delivery.
During the conversation, she shared feedback from customers who are experimenting with AI but are struggling to scale. Many are looking to incorporate AI in new applications and more importantly, add AI capabilities to the existing, mission-critical applications that they are already running. These anecdotes echo findings from our recent survey of 250+ CIOs.
Purnima also emphasized the critical role enterprise data plays in building intelligent and differentiated applications that will drive the next wave of AI innovation. Watch the video below for more excerpts from our interview:
These are just a few of the topics that we will dive into at VMware Explore and SpringOne next week. If you’ll be onsite, I recommend that you attend Purnima’s session, Accelerate Idea to Code, Code to Production: What's New in VMware Tanzu on [MODB1606LV], on Tuesday, August 26 at 3:30 PM PDT. She, along with colleagues DaShaun Carter and Oren Penso, will share a live demo showcasing the powerful combination of VMware Tanzu Platform and VMware Tanzu Data Intelligence. You won’t want to miss it.
Stay tuned for announcements around the release of Tanzu Platform 10.3 and the introduction of new Tanzu Data Intelligence.
