According to the January 2010 Enterprise Strategy Group study (ESG), more than 75% of enterprises refreshing their desktops in the next 24 months are expected to migrate to Windows 7. Existing VMware Workstation 7 customers can download a free update.  Upgrades from VMware Workstation 5.x or 6.x are available for $99.00.
