Luigi Freguia

Luigi Freguia is President for Broadcom’s Software Sales organization in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Luigi has responsibility for Broadcom’s software go-to-market sales strategy, planning and execution across the region with a focus on driving sales and consumption of its software portfolio both on premise and off Premise. Prior to the acquisition of VMware by Broadcom in November 2023, Luigi held the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager, EMEA at VMware for over four years. He initially joined the organisation in 2014 as Vice President for VMware’s Central Region responsible for driving business growth and overseeing operations across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland and Eastern Europe.
