He currently leads strategy for Broadcom’s output management suite and has previously driven innovation across Blockchain, Security, and DevOps portfolios. A former chair of CA Technologies’ patent review board, Ed holds two U.S. patents and has led global agile development teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Greg Lotko is Senior Vice President and General Manager for Broadcom’s Mainframe Software Division, bringing more than 35 years of experience in application development, application outsourcing services, software development, and infrastructure. He is responsible for all facets of the mainframe division, including strategy, product management, engineering, services, support, and marketing. Under his leadership, the division enables leading organizations around the world to efficiently manage, automate, secure, and modernize the mainframe systems that run their businesses. His customer-first approach has empowered countless organizations to amplify the value of their mainframe investments and achieve transformational success. Through thought leadership, industry events, and media engagement, Greg raises awareness of the mainframe’s critical role in business and society.

<span data-sheets-root="1">John “JJ” Lovett is Head of Education &amp; Customer Engagement for the Mainframe Software Division at Broadcom, where he leads strategies to promote customer success and strengthen customer engagement. A certified Six Sigma Green Belt, JJ has a strong track record of driving process improvement and operational excellence across a global team of professionals. He actively contributes to industry advancement as a member of the Technical Steering Committee for the Mainframe Open Education project under the Open Mainframe Project, and as a member of the IBM Skills Council’s Career Awareness workstream. JJ is a frequent speaker at major industry events—including SHARE, IBM Tech Exchange, and GSE UK—and is co-author of a book on building B2B social communities. He is passionate about delivering impactful solutions that empower customers to succeed and thrive in the evolving mainframe landscape.</span>

J.J. Lovett

Paul is the marketing specialist for Broadcom’s portfolio of AIOps and Automation products and solutions. He has 35+ years of IT experience spanning all phases of the software development lifecycle, including product marketing, product management, technical sales support, design and development.

Perry Jones is a seasoned Product Manager in Broadcom’s Mainframe Software Division, where he leads the CA 1™ Flexible Storage™ solution. With over 13 years of mainframe experience, Perry oversees all aspects of the product lifecycle—including roadmap development, customer support, marketing, and sales enablement—ensuring CA 1 remains a trusted solution for secure, scalable, and cost-effective data storage across disk, tape, and cloud environments. Perry actively engages with customers through roadmap webcasts, early-access validation programs, and industry events. A frequent contributor to the mainframe ecosystem, Perry writes on themes such as data lifecycle management, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency. He is recognized for his customer-centric approach and for driving innovation that bridges legacy systems with modern cloud and security architectures.

Sheila Miller is a Senior Principal Product Manager at Broadcom Inc. within the Mainframe Division, where she works closely with customers and database product teams to identify requirements and drive the overall strategy for CA IDMS and CA Datacom. With over 25 years of experience in the mainframe software and services industry, Sheila has spent 16 years supporting CA customers. She is a results-oriented professional known for her ability to win new customers within Fortune 500 companies and convert them into long-term, revenue-generating partners. Sheila excels in aligning solutions with customer needs and orchestrating acceptance across all levels of the decision-making process. Highly regarded as a leader by both peers and management, she is a motivated and positive individual who has consistently demonstrated outstanding performance throughout her career.
